Quality Control

We work hard to control quality at every production step, but our quality department has final say on whether parts ship, or whether they need to be scrapped and recut.

When your parts are inspected and pass quality, they are wrapped, labelled, and boxed. Each shipment you receive will contain a packing list indicating which parts in your order are packed in each box.

Parcel vs. Freight Shipping

Our policy is to ship via LTL freight instead of parcel carrier in the following scenarios:

1. For single parts weighing more than 150 lbs
2. For single parts longer than 108"
3. For orders whose total shipment exceeds standard parcel carrier limits

Orders under these thresholds ship via parcel carrier (UPS); larger or heavier orders ship via LTL freight. Your shipping method and estimated cost are shown before checkout.

Free Shipping

Orders totaling $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Returns & Refunds

While we expect you to be completely satisfied with your order, we do realize mistakes happen from time to time. Please email your account representative within 30 days of receipt of your order with your order number and photographs of the part in question.
